Every year we hold a picking party on our farm in west Dorset.

Our theory: this gives our crisp authentic cider a soft astringency that can bend taste buds faster than the speed of light. Although you’d have to get Isaac to run the maths…

Although all Isaac's ciders are delicious, they are all different.
Refraction is the least alcoholic of the four ciders in current production. That means I can drink a little more of this great tasting variety without worrying about the pull of gravity.
This might just be the best cider in the world! Mr Newton would be proud!
